A quiet morning in urban area of Irrational City, somewhere in Eastern Europe.

No other addons or games required!

It's called Eastern Europe region for a reason.

Feedback: If this was changed to be less gloomy and less old and crumbling looking, I would play it more often. I kinda stopped playing it because it looks depressing.
