Zoologist now sells more licenses even after you have used it vanilla-style until you hit the max cap of 6 then she won't sell anymore.

1. ModNPC Cats don't sit on chairs properly. I think the offset's set in Main.cs which idk how to tackle properly so someone else can do it in the meantime if they wanted to.

2. Petting bunnies and cats are slightly social-distanced because that part of the code is hardcoded to big dogs.
