Vanilla style materials for the Globally Offensive M16 V2

Description
This changes the materials for the default texture for SirGibsALot's Globally Offensive M16A2 V2 to more closely match the vanilla texture and reduces the envmapping used in the vmt file.

Sadly, the original mod was made before TLS and the author has stated no intention to update it.

I have a copy of the GO M16 on TLS anims if you would be interested in having them.
