At no point in the description do you encourage people to donate to the original authors. Apathetically posting links without a word in the credits doesn't undo how you're using the work of others for your own gain.
Literally the first paragraph says
"donate steam points to me so I can continue to post more mods"
Then you go attacking anyone pointing it out in the comments. You haven't given anyone a reason to want to donate any steam points when you
- didn't actually create any of the original mods yourself.
- ask for points from mods you didn't create (combining pre-existing .vpks isn't "modding").
- call people unintelligent and cry babies who point out how seedy it all is.
Earn them the fair and honest way. Your responses to these criticisms are completely immature
I'm done here. You can consider what we're saying or keep defending your pride. Only one of those paths will result in growth.

Pay someone steam points to compensate them for the back-breaking labor of smashing other peoples' .vpks together.
Without the steam points they will be unable to accomplish the incredibly strenuous task of smashing .vpks together. They must have an income of steam points to achieve this.
