Edificio Lucas (Lucas Building) is a high rise apartment building in the Brazilian city of Campina Grande.

Designed by architect Hugo Marques in 1966, the building has two towers, one of which is a curved in relation to the first, where both come together through the services common to the two.

This asset was commissioned by Bastet for his city build of San Theodoros, a fictional country located in South America. San Theodoros is a prototypical banana republic coming straight from the universe of world-famous Belgian comic series Tintin.

The asset is a level 2 growable high residential building. To plop it manually use the Find It mod to search for 'Lucas'.

I've tried to make this asset as realistic as possible and therefore the geometry tri count is high and the textures large. All of the texture elements have been created specifically for this asset in order for full control over the final look.
