This works well with the cartoon look of the tf2 maps as well as other maps since they kinda look like a dream. Maybe the shader went for that look.

this makes gm_construct look like shit
and some other maps
like fr tho on the bottom of some textures its bright as hell
and idk what or why it kinda makes my graphics a little worse
