Instructions

I recommend you watch the video attached.

However, if you dont want to do that, I might still help you. But basically:.

1: Look at your court positions, Special tab.
2: Hire an Envoy.
3: Click on someone in diplomatic range. In the the diplomacy tab look for send envoy, and then the rest is self explanatory.

What its not

1: Perfect, this is an alpha. I need your input but please don't spam I am a lazy human.
2: A tool for War deals, that comes later.
3: Achievement Compatible.
4: Game Breaking, the only file touched that is vanilla is the the war interaction. For non-aggression pact purposes. If you have a mod that alters this interaction and want to use it. Simply put it below this mod. No other mods are needed.

Deal Scoring

Ton of variables in that category. Look at the value breakdown in the top/right section it should tell you.

Localization

1: To an extent, all 7 languages are in there and I tried my best.

Multiplayer?

I hope so, but you tell me.

- Easy Mode Decision - Once turned on, (once per game) it cut costs by half. You cannot turn this off once turned on. Per game, it resets on new game. Its located in Decisions menu.
- Envoy Position Progression, Envoys will gain or lose position skill depending on how the deals play out.

Larger Tweaks Since Release
5/1- Changes to positional information in title rows, value location.
5/1 - Nerfed Envoy Position Bonuses
5/1- Added cost for envoy; The cost of gold is determined by your envoy's skill and the prestige cost is determined by the rank differences between you and the person you are sending the envoy to visit.
Gold Rational: Lesser envoys require more money to travel because they're bad at managing and require larger gifts to present.
Prestige Rational: A Count cant normally approach an emperor without having some level of prestige.

5/1 - Gui Localization! Fever_Night went into gui and made localization tags so I could easily make them for other languages as well as doing German Localization! Which is awesome.
5/1 - All languages should have somewhat full localization, although maybe not perfect. See something wrong? Please discuss in the Discussion tab for your language.
