A light tank developed using breakthroughs in engine technology, and lessons learned during Operation Stellar Liberty. Despite being heavier than previous medium tank designs, it's power to weight ratio is the same if not higher. While the classification of light tank is debatable, it was used for propaganda purposes as tank destroyer wasn't seen as a positive classification when getting funding for the project. Able to carry 6 soldiers, it also serves as an APC. It serves a role of a sniper and tank destroyer using it's wheels to get flank enemies. The Leopard has a 2 person crew which enter by raising up the turret.
