610 Khosrow Nerf Grenades

Description
This is a submod for the extremely well-done Khosrow 610 mod.

Are you tired of Sassanians using hand-held nuclear bombs? Don't want to lose 3/4 of your Elite Palatina to a few throws by the heathen enemy? This is the submod for you. This mod nerfs grenade stats with around 70%.

Does not work with vanilla. Can do one for vanilla upon request.

I needed this, bro. I'd get a whole garrison's shit rocked in 60 seconds with those bastards. Let's see if this does the trick.
