[SkillLem] Hp & Armor System

This addons add 2 entities to your game:

Medkit:
- Heal 100 health points to your max hp (for example - if your hp is 30 and your max hp is 150 medkit will heal you to 130 hp )
Armor:
- Adds100 armor points to your max armor (for example - if your armor is 90 and your max armor is 150 kevlar will set your armor to 150.)

Addon automaticly detect your max armor and hp so u dont have configure anything.
