Also the low quality of the models themselves and their painting, wishes to be better.
And so I agree with the fact that such mods are quite interesting in terms of stages of development. but still they should have the logic of such development, otherwise I do not see the use of such mods.
Creating "PlantFiber" directly in the refinery from stone (ore) is not a very good idea - the plugin "usurps" the "stone to ingot" recipe for the refinery and thus makes the function of other (IMHO more important) plugins impossible, for example also "Better Stones"
It would be useful to use a different way of producing "PlantFiber" (e.g. from silicon or organics).
An idea - it would be worth considering adding the possibility to produce "PoleStone" (stone bricks) using the [AR] Furnace plugin ( https://steamproxy.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2295080850 ) from both versions of stone (ore and ingot) something like "remelted stone / basalt".

I just tried a few things, and I actually was able to fix the issue by removing
<BlockPairName>WindTurbine</BlockPairName>
in your WoodWindmill_WM definition. Does that attribute serve any purpose? If not, you should maybe remove it and that should hopefully fix the issue for everyone.
