Dead & Guv's Jade Warriors Spear & Shield Unit Mod (Updated Patch 6.0 / 2024-12-12)

And here I am again, the second mod I uploaded at the modding den during the dark ages... which wasn't so long ago.
So this is a mod I collaborated with Dead Baron on. He provided me with the excellent shield variant and the unit card, and I proceeded on making the unit as a whole and we came up with this!

This is probably my first unit mod in a long time.

• Adds a new tier 1 spear unit for Cathay.
  
• And earlier choice for anti-large infantry with the best missile protection for an infantry unit in the Cathayan roster
  
• Boosted by proper effects and skills in campaign.
  
• Guv recommends to use Alternate Unit Cards so the new unit card doesn't stand out.

Requires lvl 2 barracks to recruit.


The unit animation can be a bit wonky. It uses Dragon Guard's animation.


I DON'T make my mods with SFO, Radious or other overhauls in mind!!
New Save not required.
