L4D1-styled Loading Screens

Description
For the people who like consistency. Includes The Passing, The Sacrifice, and Cold Stream with thumbnails for campaign selection. Works perfectly with Pyromaniax's UI Complete Fix (just make sure this mod is in a higher priority because the aforementioned mod has a L4D1-styled loading screen for The Sacrifice already). Background taken straight from the files and darkened to fit how it looks like in-game (it's really bright by default).

Only Dark Carnival's poster isn't tilted because it looked weird.

Now, I know someone already made the same mod but it felt off to me (especially the colouring) so I thought I'd give it a shot myself.

Can you remove Bill from The Passing's loading screen? It looks weird seeing him there

@Big Boss - yeppers. Only then Querentin's version is HD. My main motive for this was to give it some consistency and made it look similar to the vanilla L4D1 posters (1024 x 1024).
