Worthy Ascension Perks (4.1)

Description
Updated to 4.1.*
This is a continuation of the Worthy Ascension Perks mod, which aimed to improve the less interesting and underwhelming Ascension Perks.
The Original by Only Karlos can be found here.

Worthy
Ascension Perks are great, You've got your fairly powerful Perks such as One Vision or Defender of the Galaxy, high impact Crisis and Ascension Paths, and then there's... Executive Vigor.
Obviously, not all Ascension Perks are equal. Some fall off over time, others are barely worth picking to begin with. Saying some are underwhelming would be an understatement.
That's where Worthy Ascension Perks comes in!

After all, choosing a Perk should be a game-defining moment and not feel like you're just picking from leftover scraps. The first and last pick are especially lackluster - early on you have limited options, and by your 8th perk you've already grabbed the essentials. Now, to make them stand out more, I'm introducing Ambitions and Capstones.

- Ambition Effects activate for your first Ascension Perk
- Capstone Effects activate for your final Ascension Perk
- By nature of this, only one Ambition and one Capstone can be active
- Perks can have both, just one, or neither Effect

Every perk choice should feel impactful, so now perks have more balance changes. Some Perks have scaling effects that increase in power with each AP you unlock. These max out at 8 Perks, even if you have mods which increase the cap.

Changes
Changes various Ascension perks, and adds additional, thematically suitable modifiers.
See the images for reference:
- Adds Ambitions Effects to 15 Tier 0 APs
- Adds Capstone Effects to 15 APs
- Adds Scaling Effects to 6 APs
- Balance Changes to 9 APs

Upcoming
Working on vanilla-esque overhauls of Detox, Weather Control Systems and Consecrated Worlds.

Thanks a lot @mute! Btw, I wanted to report that localization at worthy_ap_enigmatic_engineering_capstone_effect_tt has some modifier references that should be all caps, those are:
:e33_AP: $MOD_INTEL_DECRYPTION_ADD$
:e33_AP: $MOD_SHIP_CLOAKING_DETECTION_ADD$

Doubling down on the recent changes. I’ll post a comprehensive changelog this weekend, along with a fix for some minor localization mistakes I’m already aware of. Sorry for the inconvenience — no more major changes are planned for the foreseeable future. As always, if there are any issues, please let me know.

@A-Sartek Of course, should be there now

Hello @mute, I'm liking the new changes in triggered modifiers! I'm making it compatible again with my merger mod and while the global flag is still useful I wanted to ask... Is it possible that you add a scripted variable (scripted_variables folder) for your mod? It could be named anything that you'd like, this variable is useful for parsing, particularly for inline scripts, which is a more performance-friendly solution when merging stuff.

Example below:

#################
# WORTHY
#################

@has_mute_ap_active = 1

# END

Thank you for updating. I love the first and last adoption features, useful things like +1 civic slot!

Thank you, that was misinput, I've played prior 4.1 and had some issues, anyway, everything is working, thanks

Are you maybe using any other mods which could be causing the issue? I just tested it and there weren't any issues, in any language.

In any case; 4.1 is here, and Worthy Perks is updated, too! With some experimental changes this time. Balance is likely non-existent, but leave feedback nonetheless.

@Quindite I might've pushed something accidentally at some point, not sure.
