add black edge on crosshair to avoid blinded by bright light.no conflicts whith some HUD mod

牛批，用的no hud ，其他准星都冲突用不了

@꧁༺ ๑ ﹏ ๑ ༻꧂ 黑边很小在非常亮的地方看得见防止太亮看不清准星正常或偏黑的地方是看不到的

手感非常不错，感觉比小圆点更容易把控定位，而且与slim hud没冲突
