Peter the Pirate Parrot

Adds Peter the Pirate Parrot into the world of Don't Starve Together.
Comes with a custom voice (a hurdy gurdy), multiple craftable items, and thousands of unique dialogue lines!

Peter is a self-proclaimed pirate parrot. As a pirate, he enters the Constant with knowledge of all thinktank recipes. He's also at home at sea, gaining sanity over time whenever he is on a boat.
As a parrot, he has the ability to preen himself and pull out a random colored feather for 10 Health and 20 Sanity. He also gains a bit of extra hunger and sanity when eating seeds, breb (more on that below) and froggle bunwiches.

Peter is in search of shinies, wherever they may be! He will gain 75% more gold when trading anything to the Pig King. He can also craft treasure maps that will lead him to buried treasure.

Peter does not like to see birds suffer. He will lose 10 sanity any time he kills a bird-like creature. He also loses sanity around birdcages, especially if a bird is imprisoned inside.

Peter spawns in with 4 items: a Pirate Parrot hat, a Rapier, Treasure Map, and Breb.

• Provides a small amount of wetness protection
  
• Restores a small amount of sanity

If worn by Peter, it also grants a small sanity aura to nearby players because he just looks so darn cute.

• 175 durability
  
• 37 damage

If equipped by Peter, damage increases to 47 and will also swing slightly faster than normal weapons.

• Draws an item on mini signs (same as Feather Pencil)

"Awk, follow the map towards the shinies!"
Nautical Tab: Crimson Feather Pencil x1, Papyrus x1, Charcoal x1, Compass x1

• Can be read to learn the location of (aka spawn) some buried treasure in a random spot on the map.
  
• Buried Treasure is marked with a red X on the map and can be dug up with a shovel

(For an easier treasure hunting experience, choose 'Nearby' spawn in the mod config menu. However, with this method you MUST make sure you are on land or the treasure map will fail!)

• Grants 10 health, 40 hunger, and 5 sanity
  
• Is a veggie item (Sorry meat-only eaters)
  
• Spoils in 20 days.
