Description

BigPP or SmolPP

That is the eternal question.
Adds 2 new traits, one positive & one negative, you figure out which is which.

SmolPP - Gives you +1 Small Blunt but also gives you a permanent level of sadness, only the first stage.
BigPP - Gives you +1 Long Blunt but reduces your maximum carry capacity
