This mod is so good to me specially for mixing up aesthetics of bedroom and stuff. Your work is greatly appreciated, this is an insane amount of patching and it must be a pain to keep track of everything XD just wanted to leave the info if you wanted to take a look at it and in case other ppl come here with this same issue.
I don't know how to actually solve the issue with the patches and don't wanna mess around too much cause i have limited knowledge of troubleshooting patching. For now i just commented every reference to "GL_Bookshelf" i could find in your patches.
Simple solution for other ppl is just not have the Gloomy Furniture Bookshelf connected to the Hi-Tech Research Bench.
Its possible that this same situation happens with other similar cases where a mod patches another mod that you are unaware of and so the patches don't take into account, borking up stuff
