Description
This are 1% of the 100% best menu ever (which actually could be below 50 KiB). Should be faster loading... (replaces 14 MiB data load - animation is fully retained).
Credit goes to Ivan President and PDX.

You are allowed without asking to take it in your mod or to change or include it in modpacks.

Now 3.4. compatible and backward.

I don't think this replaces the menu as of 3.4. The Stellaris text changes, but that's it.
