Just make a mod that removes hotwiring vehicles

Burglars also have a better ability to open locked windows without breaking them. But, even without bypassing this with a preset load, ANYONE with 1 Electricity skill and 2 Mechanics can hotwire, so... You'd have to remove more professions and even some traits to really make this mod viable for MP servers.

I would say don't squat on people's fun and instead just ban troublemakers, but I get it. I do. Still, free hotwire can happen with the right combination of profession and traits, the boost to xp will make hitting lvl 2 quick to get in mechanics.

You would essentially need to disable hotwire all together to avoid this from happening at all.

Burgling is my favorite pass-time and I am INSULTED. But at the same time Im not stealing or looting obviously claimed cars and houses. More like, hotwire every car I find while moving through an area on foot, then leave them all behind and move on.

just heads up, as previously stated removing the occupation does nothing as they could load up a preset.
better option is to just change burglar hotwiring to sprinting, since burglars have gotta be fast on their feet

fyi this can be bypassed by loading a saved preset with the burglar profession

Am I only one who take burglar not because of the hotwire but because of nimble and stealth boost? Consider just removing a hotwire skill from this occupation :) But it's for your server so it's your decision
