Into The Abyss No Fuel Changes

Update v0.15.22.1 compatible.

Removes the changes Into The Abyss makes to fuel rods and removes tongs and the guide from spawning on crew.

The difference between this mod and the other mod that removes the fuel changes is that this is not a copy of the original ITA. This only contains overrides for the bare minimum to get the specific job done.

Incompatible with:
Anything that changes vanilla fuel rods
Anything that changes vanilla Jobs. Ie. No Role Balance
Incompatibility issues can be solved by placing this mod above the conflicting mod most of the time.



Known Issues:
- I've noticed at times when using this on multiplayer that it will fail to override ITA's changes. I haven't the faintest idea why or how to address it. If you just reload the server it seems to go away.

- Tongs will still sometimes spawn in reactor cabinets and in shopkeeper inventories even though ive removed this and set all stations to not carry them. No ideas but its really not a big deal.
