The mod adds energy drinks to the game, allowing you to fight zeds for longer by reducing drowsiness and fatigue.

Now there are Black Monster, White Monster, RedBull, Bottled Energy Drink and Jaguar

I like this mod. If I could have one thing it would be a submod file that doesn't include Monster Energy or any non-period accurate drinks - but I'll take it!

tagged under b41, im new to zomboid and this is very confusing to have it tagged as such, wondering why it doesnt work in b41. thought maybe it was backwards compatible. may want to fix that?

Monster Energy wasn't a thing until 2002. Project Zomboid takes place in 1993. If you want an energy drink accurate to the period, Red Bull has been out since 1987.
