Majestic Falls Railroad

Description
A fictional, high detail route built for coal hauling & the remnants of a once highly profitable lumber trade plus a small amount of local wayfreight traffic.

The route leaves a mainline served yard with engine repair shops & follows the River Elena serving 5 mines including a grading plant, paper works, cement works a secondary engine servicing facility & local team tracks. There are 2 branch lines, one serving a power station the other being a logging route with appropriate rough trackwork & tough grades commanding a speed limit of 20mph which serves 3 logging camps & a saw mill.

The Majestic Falls Railroad is just over 16 route miles in length with 3-4 miles of branch lines. Max line speed is 40mph.

Location? It's where you want it to be, run your favourite road!

Millhiore F. Biscotti : Using the gradient tool, place a few markers (arrows) at least three on your chosen section of track, then lift or lower the middle one/s very carefully. Make sure you are well away from points/switches and do not lift any marker last in line to a switch. Only use very small changes. I wouldn't attempt it unless you are familiar with route building though! :)
