Comically Large Spoon

Adds a Comically Large Spoon as a standalone melee weapon. It can be found very rarely in kitchens, and rarely in stores/food related crates.

Inspired by this , this , and obviously the original meme.

I might need to do some balance tweaks to it, I wanted the weapon to be unique but not too overpowered. It acts similarly to a sledgehammer in combat (mostly because I liked the animations), but has the utility of a shovel.

As for the distribution, I wanted it to be pretty rare but I haven't thoroughly tested its rarity. I'll tweak it if it needs to be more rare or common, or even make different versions of distributing/acquiring the weapon.
