If the first case applies, thats why. The game doesn't reload the Darkest Dungeon Quests every week, so it does only work, if my mod was loaded on starting a new campaign.
that would've forced me to code the manor as an entirely new dungeon which I was not able to do with my knowledge.... the only suggestion I could give, is to maybe use another mod, which does exactly that: reduce the impact of the Heroes returning to the Darkest Dungeon? I don't know, but maybe there is one.
