Heroes embark earlier

Description
Allows the heroes Maui, Hercules and Anansi able to embark from the start of the game.

I just tested it with a new save, seemed to work fine. I don't know if it works if installed mid-game. You could try starting a new save just to see if it works then or if the issue is something else. Keep in mind that I only set it to allow the three mentioned heroes to embark into shallow water(coast and lake) earlier. So not ocean. Do you have all dlc? Are you using other mods?

I seem to be having some difficulties with the mod, does it work even if installed midgame?

Just tested it. Seems to be working fine. Are you using any other mods? Do you have all dlcs?
