These are not formable nations, but alternative paths to existing nations.

This mod includes:
Heavenly Kingdom Theocracy for any Christian Chinese nation on the mainland
Kabulistan as a name change for non-Muslim Afghanistan
United Provinces as an alternative to the Netherlands for immediate access to the dutch republic
British Protectorate as a way to get protector-parliament as Great Britain before the english civil war

This should be compatible with most other mods, since it only adds decisions and localization files with the alternate country names.
