Still want to thank the developers of this mod even though its not yet ready for the DLC. Game is basically not worth playing without it. Its my top pick mod for this game. Basically essential since companies have forgotten how to make AI that aren't LLM trash.

Just for anyone curious, Oraeon1224 dropped an update on Nexus on 23rd:

"As an update targeting system is now finished. Starting on the jumpjet (old system) and AI behavior trees (how the AI acts). Hopefully done in the next couple weeks."

If you check the Nexus, the author is giving pretty consistent updates. Looks like the development is going nicely, still probably another few days out tho. Let the man cook.
