Okay seems to be on the side of WPE then.
You first should check if you have the latest version installed. If that's not the reason you could reinstall WPE. As long as you put it on the same drive/library, all your wallpapers and settings will be there at start. Whole process takes no longer than 2 mins.
Check if it works then.
You could also discuss it in the WPE community. Maybe someone knows the problem.

It's playable from the folder, but I just can't play it in the Wallpaper Engine. Got any solution?

Sorry to hear, but i don´t know exactly what might be the reason.
I deleted it completely on my computer and downloaded it again over the workshop.
Worked without problems.

You could try this:

Go to the folder where it is saved and open the video file "BLBLiSTC.mp4" in a media player (VLC for example).
If it's not working there either then it might be a missing codec on your computer.

Don't know why I can't use it. it just showed nothing but black screen without sound.
