[BNW] Sas's Blackfoot - Crowfoot

This mod adds the Blackfoot Confederacy, under their wise and revered leader Crowfoot, to the game! This mod does utilize elements from the old Colonialist Legacies Blackfoot civ with the permission of those who made those assets, and this mod is intended as a more historically-accurate and up-to-date alternative.

Requires Brave New World.

To Speak For The Children: Worked sources of Bison and Horses provide XP for newly-trained land units. During Peace Treaties, units Level 4 or over provide Influence with City-States.

Oniiniiwat: Unique Lancer for the Blackfoot. Starts with less effectiveness against Mounted units than the Lancer it replaces (20 vs 33), but gains +10% more per level earned, up to a maximum of +60%.

Pishkun: Unique Water Mill for the Blackfoot that can be built anywhere, and provides +1 Food and +1 Production per worked source of Bison and Horses, but no base yields. Will spawn a Bison resource near the city upon completion, where available.

Includes mod support for YnAEMP, UCI, Historical Religions, Historical Religions Complete, Cultural Diversity, and JFDLC.
