Kaohsiung music center is a music hall in Kaoshiung,Taiwan. You can find it from LV.6 building or RICO( kaoshiung music center v2).
This version just remove platform. The other are the same.

Great building. Not familiar with the history so forgive me for asking but does that awkward protruding green wall need to be there?
