What does it do?
This addon replaces only physical model for props from list (.phy).

Is this causing lags?
I dont think so.

Does this work with "Props HD Overhaul" or any other retexture addons?

The bathtub collision model is the most complex collision model I've ever seen in Source, surprised that doesn't hit some arbitrary hardcoded engine limit.
