RT Head Camera

Description
This is a wearable Render Target Head Camera.
You can see an output on the rt_screen model.

Use rt_headcam_off console command to take off a camera.

Limits
Only a one person on the server can use a camera at some moment.

Very good for ghosthunt maps. I'd like to see an on/off toggle without detaching it.
