I found this randomly looking foe fps boost. Sounds great. I'm going to make a beam capital ship

You can do it yourself, just unpack the mod with X-Tools, then edit all the bullet_xxxx_macro.xml files with a text editor and change the damage values to a higher number, then delete the ext_01.cat and ext_01.dat files, the mod will work unpacked with the changed values.

Any chance of increasing the damage to +50% instead of just +30%?

Also, is that +30% the amount per beam, or the amount total?

Make the beam bullet dual beam(barrelamount = 2) will significantly increase the "accuracy". Significantly increase the ability to counter small target.
