[TTT] Citizens replace Default Terrorists, Detective is Odessa

FOR USE BY SERVER ADMINS, NOT CLIENTS.
Simple code that changes the default playermodels used by TTT with the bald citizen models, and changes the detective to use the Odessa model.

I made this cause the default TTT models don't have facial animations, and this was pretty simple to code.
