Makes the stacking of items configurable and easily changable. Originally by NuovaPrime, 1.4 port by RighteousRyan

Having Same issue as DogWater. Items equipped prior to using mod lost prefixes, thought it was fixed from sevie's comment. Time to farm more gold to respec lol

Max Stack Plus Extra caused item prefixes to be removed from my game entirely disabling them. I had to go through every single mod in my modpack one by one to figure out what mod was disabling them. it literally took hours. Thanks.
