Description
Current version: V4

dr_supermarket, a Deathrun based off of a real supermarket I worked in, mixed with some traps based around commercials and jingles in the 70's.

The map has 16 traps, and moderately difficult platforming above the supermarket floor and in the backrooms of the store.

Also has a credits room, two sprite trails and a Respawn Coin available at the start. Carrying this to the end of the map revives the team!

There's 7 Minigames available:

Humiliation: An unexpected visitor comes...
50/50: A look inside your mind to decide the fate of your teammates
Arena: Fight the activator in the parking lot outside!
Fruit Squares: Match the shadow on the screen with the fruit on your platform!
Slot Carts: A few players must survive obstacles while atop moving carts!
Rotisserie: Dodge lazers atop a constantly changing roller!

This is probably my second favorite map behind saftey first. I'm a sucker for old retro commercials and chuckling to the old funny commercial jingles i'd watch on YT is a good feeling along with the background music. It is not only that but it's a pretty fun map as well with unique traps and a creative boss fight.

This Deathrun map can crash your game if you set the texture detail super high.

With both methods of installing it manually through Steam Workshop and using the “ map workshop/2560972429”

It lags quite a lot before reaching the initial loading page. Hoping I’ll be able to play this map because Ive seen it recommended a lot
