Server-side mod for Swan's Lair Server. You don't need it to play on server so just ignore that mod existence.

For curious ones of you here are list of changes that mod provides to Swan's Lair server:

- Tool durability cost for repairs is adjusted based on tool:
-- Sewing kit and leather sewing kit are using 10% of durability per repair
-- TireRepairKit, DuctTape and EpoxyPutty are using 5% per repair
-- Weaponk Cleaning Kit, Whetstone and Electronic Repair Kit are using 1% per repair
