TTT flare+poison gun combined

Update 5.10.2025:

Added a new poison screen effect, which can be enabled with
"ttt_poison_uselowcontrast 1"

This effect removes some of the motion sickness, but is not any less obstructive

This addon uses tflippy's poison gun, so massive credits to him

Features:
-Combined flare gun and poison gun:
-Silently burns bodies
-Silently poisons players
-40 rounds of ammo
-only does 50 damage over time, however this can be changed with the following commands:

ttt_poison_tickdmg, default 4
ttt_poison_duration, default 14
ttt_poison_ammo, default 30


I also removed the flare gun from the shop, since its obsolete now
