Description
While not at war with major civilizations all units except religious have bonus movement inside their owner's borders. Affects both human and AI players. Bonus will not be disabled while at war with city-states.

Bonus movement includes: +3 movement points, units ignore river crossing penalty, units ignore terrain movement cost, units ignore cliffs.

Need to start a new game with mod enabled, will not work on existing save games.

This is intriguing. What was your thinking behind this? I mean, realistically, legs can only travel so fast, regardless of whether they are in friendly territory or not. I can see how a train system could make a difference (though if you invade France you can't just load up on their train infrastructure), but until the mechanical age I don't really see a difference. For example, General Sherman's army, or Napoleon's, moved at the same speed at home as abroad. That's the limit of human and horse legs. However, if you are trying to say that Hitler or Stalin could move at different speeds depending on whether they were at home or invading, well that's true, but then you would need to make this mod scale by age or technology.
