NEMSTIA - NEW EDGE MUSTANG SEQUENTIAL TAIL LIGHT ILLUMINATION ANIMATION (Added to title at request of the Mustang owner irl)

This wallpaper is a customizable trace of a real 2003 Ford Mustang.

Options:
- Foreground color
- Background color
- Blinker light color
- Line thickness
- Blinker Pattern (see below)
- Show/hide Virginia Tech logo
- Show/hide scratch marks

There are two blinker patterns:
- A sequential one (before you get mad this Mustang did in fact have aftermarket sequential blinkers, so its ok to add them,... because its real).
- A "full" one where all the panels light up at once as they came from the factory.
