Great Plan Circle City 2 - locked

Description
I've tried to convert this save game into a map, but modtools won't open map editor. It did create this save game that converted it back to a locked game, so you can play as a new city with progression milestones locked.

Use unlimited money to cover infrastructure costs.

I found a way to launch industry need. I activate Full Demand with the debug windows, and deactivate. Et voila!

Yes, the map used is called “The Great Plan” which has always had a low demand for industry to begin with. Keep building your city & the demand will eventually come. I’ve built a city with almost 250,000 people with the industry area completely full & the city had a lot of offices too.

Great Plan City 2 has rivers to break up the flat area & city grid built around them. I'll try to post a city that is locked soon.

This is a great map, absolutely. However, although I have the DLC I'm missing the main airport and the special trainstation next to it. Which one doe I need to add them?

Thank you! I’ve been working on Mossissobo City 2.0 with an expanded city & the use of the new transit hubs/stations. That’s an intriguing idea jgoffe10, I’ll have to try once Moss 2.0 is done. If you have any other ideas, I welcome them. It’s nice to hear you’re enjoying these cities as much as I enjoy making them :)

I agree, great work, man!! Will you be making another map anytime soon? If you're taking ideas, I would incorporate this one and Tahonga, as a somewhat flat, locked map, and use some of the new transit hubs. I've played many other fill maps from other creators, none of them have this level of detail.
