We're using BBG, BBS and MPH mods along with this mod.
Bonus resources that are taken in expansionist areas do work, whereas strategic resources outside of the city range do not count at all, this is quite unfortunate to get oil or uranium in the late game :/

I've tried a bit the one city mod, but I wonder how can we handle tiles working as the zone created by expansionists are greyed (just like normal game when it's further than 3 tiles away).
