Description
replaces any bulb flies that spawn with a "poof" animation, similar to being erased via the eraser item.

i know some might consider this "cheaty" for their preferences, even i normally would. but the thing is, if you enter a room with only bulbs and they despawn like this, you don't get an active charge. so i think it's a good tradeoff.
