Berkano Buff

Description
Small technical mod that improves the effect of the Berkano rune.

A random amount of additional spiders and flies will spawn when you use the rune. The amount of spiders and flies that can spawn are increased and decreased by luck.

This change should make the rune stand out more from the friends till the end pill, and bring it to the same level of usefulness as most other runes.

Creates Errors when the player already has blue flies and only spawns the unmodded amount of spiders/flies

Cool concept, i think this is a fair buff to berkano! Nice work!
