No raids for small bases (level 3)

Description
Similar to the main mod, this mod will disable most territorial raids from triggering on any base, requiring you to build up to level 3 first (town icon on map).

Honestly, this requirement is insane. Many people can't get a level 3 outpost if they try. And if you're after disabling raids, it's easier to just modify your cfg file to disable them. But you do you. :P

Does NOT disable raids that are triggered in some way, such as by kidnapping certain leaders. If you antagonize a faction, they will track you down regardless. This only covers the passive raids that trigger based on you simply settling nearby.

The icon on the map, I mention in the description for each of these mods what the icon is for each town level.

x = Level 0 (the default limit for raids)
Stormhouse = Level 1
Watchtower = Level 2
Town = Level 3

How do I know what level my outpost is?

It's not based on tech level, so that's irrelevent. It's based on outpost level, which has to do with the amount and variety of buildings at an outpost.

If i get to tech level 3 in the city then go out and build a base will i get raided? Or does it only happen if I put the Tech station 3 in the actual base?

Thanks a bunch! Now I can build my city without being targeted by raids.

In your Kenshi folder there is a file called "settings.cfg". Open it in any text editor, and you'll find all the settings from the options menu in-game. Unlike the options menu however, you can set them to whatever you want here instead of being limited to the normal restrictions, so if you switch "raidFrequencyMult" to 0, you should never get base raids.

You mentioned that it would be easier to edit the cfg files to remove raids completely? I'm completely ignorant about Kenshi modding, how would I go about doing that?
