Even with this fix there are still a few units that show as peasants ( units still work fine ) so maybe that's 1 of them.
Surely, you cannot look at this map and think the hundreds of rebel settlements somehow make the campaign better.
Surely, the 50~100 settlements named "Road to X" ruled by "Biggus Dickus" on the edges of the map dont add anything but bloat to the campaign.
Infact, the devs did an interview recently with Red Zed where the lead dev said they planned on reducing the total settlements by hundreds, which will be a very healthy cutting of the fat imo
