CZLColorfulHeadlights

This mod adds a red, green and blue Headlight Blub into the Game, which change the Headlights color. (only Vanilla Cars, to add Modded Car Lights as well read the Discussion)
- If you got just one Headlight Slots filled with one of the new colored Headlights, it will change the color at this side.
- If both headlight slots are filled, both have to be colored to change the light. A colored and a "normal" headlight bulb does NOT change anything!
- In addition, the colors can be mixed

for example
RED + RED = RED
RED + GREEN = YELLOW
etc
Vanilla + colored = don't work

Known Bugs:
- if the headlights do not change, or if the color is gone after a restart, you have to swap the headlights again
