[L4D2 Sound Addon] Black Mesa Medkit use sound with realistic noise

This add-on is replace a Medkit use sound to Black Mesa's First Aid Kit pickup sound with realistic noise.

I'm just decided to change my two replacement add-on with this and this.

Yeah, that two add-on is actually have a sound stretching bug. But I don't know why.
So I just decided to remake that. I think, just add a 'blank sound' is not a helpful for that bug. So I've added some 'noises' on the sound file.

I finally fixed that sound problem!
