解説
このMODはNew Weapons Dissemination Modのrecruitable prisonersに対応してなかったNPCを対応させるMODです。
簡単に対応させただけなので、セリフがキャラクターと一致してない可能性があります。

@alemismun The load order should put this mod below the other two.

@mahatmadandy Actually, Oni has the same dialogue as Fogman, so maybe you can hire him with recruitable prisoners without this mod.
